Reducing Parental Conflict Training (RPC) - Train The Trainers- 2 Days

Workshop Objectives:

This 2-day Workshop will empower Trainers to deliver their own Reducing Parental Conflict training by incorporating materials from the original RPC modules 1-4 and group discussions with multidisciplinary colleagues. To enhance their existing practice and reduce unnecessary referrals to statutory services, workers will feel more confident to facilitate their own workshops by:

• Understanding the design of the programme and utilising the corresponding materials
• Delivering the programmes effectively, as designed, to the diverse attendees
• Positioning the materials and exercises relevant to their audiences
• Implementing evidence-base practice throughout
• Executing the practical exercises and adapting support materials as required
• Facilitating discussions and questions from audience members
• Evaluating the feedback received from participants/ questionnaires

To complete this training, you must enroll for both dates.
