THis will be supported by exploring some tools that might be helpful when working with young people at risk of harm from outside of the home. Managing risk for children and young people outside the family home is a developing area of practice nationally, and we are committed as a multi-agency partnership network to ensure our children, young people, and communities are safe, and free from harm.

We want detect, disrupt, and prevent extra-familial harm, whilst endorsing a system wide approach to ensure consistency, and effective working together across the borough.
