Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to participate in the Brent Safeguarding Partnerships multi-agency training and development programme.

By enrolling in our programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Attendance

  • Confirmation: Upon successfully processing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email should not be shared with others.

  • Cancellations and non-attendance: In the event that you are unable to attend a sessions, it is crucial to inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

Repeated failure to attend or cancel bookings in advance may lead to restrictions on your ability to book future sessions.

Training Details

  • Training cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel training sessions if bookings are insufficient to make them viable or for other reasons. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

  • Special requirements: If you have additional needs that the Trainer should be aware of, please include these in your profile.
    We do not provide refreshments or lunch at in-person training sessions, so dietary requirements are not necessary.

Protocol and Etiquette

  • Travel arrangements: It is your responsibility to plan your travel to in-person training sessions. Public transport is recommended.

  • Timeliness: Please arrive in good time to allow the in-person and online sessions to start on schedule.
    Late arrivals (over 20 minutes) may not be admitted.

  • Online Engagement: For online events, keep your camera on at all times. Participate actively and maintain professionalism, especially considering the sensitive nature of discussions. 

  • Course Completion: If you need to leave a session early or step out, inform the Trainer. They will determine if your absence affects your course completion status.

Evaluation and Feedback

  • Evaluation Forms: Completion of pre-course and post-course evaluation forms is mandatory.

Upon submission of the post-evaluation, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued.

Two months later, you will receive a final evaluation to assess the training's impact. Your feedback is invaluable to us.
