Domestic abuse - understanding the impact on children and young people

Covid shone a light on domestic abuse. Many domestic abuse situations are in homes where children and young people also live. Children who live in a home where domestic abuse is present are now defined as victims and are no longer witnesses. WSo, wat is the impact on them? How do you know or see the signs of abuse and how do you support the children and reduce the impact for better outcomes? How can a multi-agency approach help?
